When you press Start Planning, the completed enquiry is submitted to our website server. Our enquiry email integration uses Resend to send the request to our concierge inbox.
The enquiry email contains the details you entered. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so our team can respond directly to you.
Resend processes the email content and associated delivery information as part of providing its email service. Our mailbox provider also processes received messages.
