Operator & Scope

AJL Privé is a brand operated by keeptuned.com GmbH, Switzerland. These terms describe the general basis on which we handle enquiries and arrange chauffeur services and luxury car rental.

The specific services, contracting parties, inclusions, pricing and applicable conditions will be identified in your proposal and booking confirmation.

Any separately agreed booking conditions should be read alongside these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Enquiries & Proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or reserve a vehicle or chauffeur service.

Proposals are subject to availability and any validity period stated in the quotation. Please review the details and raise questions before accepting.

Website descriptions and images are illustrative unless a particular vehicle model or feature is expressly confirmed in your booking.

Booking Confirmation

The acceptance process and confirmation requirements will be explained in your proposal. A booking is confirmed when the agreed acceptance and payment requirements have been completed and written confirmation has been issued.

Please check your confirmation, including dates, locations, passenger numbers, vehicle details, service hours or rental duration, and contact details. Notify us promptly of any discrepancy.

Prices & Payments

Your quotation specifies the currency, price, included services and any stated additional charges. Payment deadlines and deposit requirements will be explained before confirmation.

Unless a different schedule is agreed in writing, payment must be completed before the service begins.

Additional requests, extended service hours, waiting time, route changes or other services outside the confirmed scope may incur charges. Their basis will be stated in the applicable booking conditions or agreed with you.

Changes to Arrangements

Requested changes are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant service. Revised dates, routes, passenger numbers, rental duration or vehicle requirements may affect pricing.

A requested change takes effect only once it has been accepted and confirmed in writing by the responsible contracting party.

If a provider proposes a material change, we will communicate the available options and applicable rights relevant to your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation deadlines, charges, refund eligibility and no-show conditions depend on the service booked. These must be provided in the applicable proposal or booking conditions before confirmation.

Send cancellation requests in writing, quoting your booking reference. Any refund will be assessed against the agreed conditions and applicable law.

Where approved, refund timing depends on the service provider and payment processing arrangements. We will communicate the relevant information when available.

Service Providers

Some arrangements may involve independent chauffeur operators, transport providers or vehicle rental companies.

The proposal will identify whether keeptuned.com GmbH supplies the service as the contracting party or acts as an intermediary, together with the relevant contracting party and applicable provider terms.

The use of an independent provider does not remove any responsibilities that apply to us under the agreed contract or mandatory law.

Chauffeur Services

Provide accurate pickup and destination details, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and any child-seat or accessibility needs before confirmation. For airport pickups, provide the relevant flight details.

Vehicle category, service duration, included waiting time, additional stops and any associated charges will be specified for the booking.

Journey times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, road restrictions and other operating conditions. Travellers should allow suitable time for flights, appointments and connections.

Luxury Car Rental

Rental arrangements are subject to the rental provider’s eligibility checks and agreement, including driving licence requirements, deposits, insurance, mileage and vehicle return conditions.

Review the confirmed vehicle details, rental dates, insurance cover and excess, mileage allowance, fuel policy and any applicable charges before accepting the rental agreement.

Additional drivers, cross-border travel, delivery and collection must be approved where required. Their terms and charges should be reviewed before confirmation.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and notify the organising contact of changes that may affect your arrangements.

Travellers are responsible for obtaining the personal travel documents, visas and entry permissions required for their journey.

Passengers and rental drivers must follow applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions. Rental drivers must also comply with the agreed vehicle-use and return conditions. Any consequences of non-compliance will be addressed under the relevant contract and applicable law.

Disruption & Responsibility

Events outside a party’s reasonable control may affect services. If disruption occurs, the relevant circumstances, contractual conditions and applicable law determine the available options.

Responsibility for loss, damage or failure to provide a service is assessed under the applicable contract and law. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal Information

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Details needed to fulfil an arrangement may be shared with the relevant providers as explained in that policy.

Please avoid including sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. An appropriate follow-up method can be discussed if further information is required.

If an issue arises, contact us promptly with your booking reference and a description of the concern so it can be reviewed with the relevant parties.
